- Providing legal advice on current issues arising in the course of the Client's operational activity, preparing legal opinions;
- Preparation of corporate documents (e.g. draft resolutions of collective bodies, agreements with members of bodies, regulations), representing the Client in registration proceedings;
- Preparation of internal employee documentation, representation in employee disputes;
- Debt collection.
