Securities and Public Market
We provide comprehensive transaction service for both the seller and the buyer.
- In the complex process of trading in shares or stocks of capital companies, we conduct legal and financial audit of the subject matter of the transaction;
- We develop appropriate agreements, including amendments to the provisions of company agreements, in order to adjust them to the economic objectives set;
- We prepare internal documentation, including minutes of meetings, list resolutions and lists;
- We prepare registration documentation and conduct the client through the registration procedure, supervising the updating proceedings of the National Court Register;
