Adama Branickiego 15, 02-972 Warszawa. c) personal data are processed in order to keep a register of correspondence (accepting correspondence and providing answers to it). d) the processing of personal data is based on a legally justified purpose pursued by the data controller. e) personal data will be transferred to other recipients, i.e.: technical service partners, business partners, telecommunication entrepreneurs, companies providing hosting and consulting services, document archiving companies, postal operators, carriers, companies printing correspondence or handling correspondence. f) the period for which personal data will be stored: depending on the nature of the correspondence (e.g. correspondence related to claims or complaints, etc. up to 10 years, other correspondence - 1 year from the date of completion of the case to which the correspondence relates). g) you have the right to request from the controller access to the personal data concerning yours, to rectify, erase or limit the processing or the right to object to the processing, unless the correspondence concerns the establishment, pursuit or defence of a claim. h) a person whose data are processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union, competent for the place of habitual residence or work or for the place of alleged RODO infringement. i) the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to register the correspondence and answer it, as well as to settle the matter, if such correspondence contains an authorised request. In the case of failure to provide data, correspondence will not be processed.
